Since opening Reflections in 1991, Dawn has earned the respect of many loyal clients and established strong business relationships. She was named CSBJ’s Woman of the year in 1999 and an AAF Silver medalist in 2006. In addition to her agency work, Dawn can be heard locally, regionally and nationally as voice-over talent for radio and TV commercials.
She’s an avid jet skier, holding numerous trophies and an enthusiastic International Sports broadcast announcer, and has announced the Asian Games in Jakarta in 2018.
Sara has been with Reflections since 2017 and is a direct assistant to Dawn. She heads project management by planning and marketing events, both large and small, that requires research and attention to detail. She keeps things organized and flowing in this fast-paced environment, which is attributed to her military background.
Aside from being awesome in the office, Sara enjoys doing anything outdoors and running around with her dog, Reagan. She also loves good competition, especially when it comes to pool, Fantasy Football and lets not forget corn hole!
Melissa joined the Reflections Team in August 2019 and is a proud wearer of multiple hats within the company. She joins us with a background in perfecting ice cream cones and loan processing and has a keen eye for detail and is a master of organization. She manages all projects for our clients and prides herself in keeping everything on track.
When Melissa isn’t being a weirdo at the office, she enjoys baking, scrolling endlessly for recipes and DIY ideas through the Pinterest void, spending time with her family, and taking leisurely car drives to nowhere with her husband.
Asha has been with Reflections since 2016 and manages all social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. She is always thinking of unique and innovative ways to engage with consumers.
For fun, she enjoys having great discussions with her coworkers about Google Drive,and how best to include memes in e-mails. On weekends she meditates, obsesses over SpongeBob Squarepants, mixes mocktails for friends and gets deep into the Netflix void.
